Landhaus Sonnenzauber is only a few minutes from the centre of Oberau. In summer, explore the region by bike or on foot. In winter, the Wildschönau Ski Resort is guaranteed to be covered in snow. The ski lifts are only a short walk from the building.

Payment and cancelation conditions
These are general hotel policies for Landhaus Sonnenzauber. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.
No creditcards accepted, only cash
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.
